This lecture aim to show the basic genetic consepts of transmission genetics and the basic principles of mendelian genetics. History of genetics, genotype, phenotype, gene, allele, cross, description of concepts of monogenic and polygenic inhertence. Monohybrid, dihybrid and trihybrid crosses, Back test crosses and statistical analysis of the results, transmission genetics in human and pedigrees, kromosomal principles of mitosis and miosis, and alternation of generations in plants, Mendelian extensions incomplete dominance, codominance, multiple allelism, lethal allelles , Epistatic interactions.
Instruction Methods, Technics and Approaches. Introduction to genetics and fundamental genetic terminology: gene, allele, locus, phenotype, chromosome, karyotype analisis. Lecture; Problem Solving. They consist of noncoding repetitive DNA sequences that have become special. The existence of telomeres was first noticed in the chromosomes of Ciliate in the s, and was followed by yeasts and other organisms.
